I will be moving out of my room at the end of May and am looking for someone to sublease from the beginning of June till the end of August. It is possible to continue the lease through the next year if desired. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in the Eli Macro part of Davis near a nice shopping mall with a grocery store and restaurants. There are also bus stops for both Uni trans and Columbus within walking distance.  The house is very large and is shared by six other people, all working professionals and graduate students. It is a quiet environment and everyone is friendly. Currently all male, but no gender preference. My room is with a separate closet. About the house: The house is located at 13th and F St in downtown Sacramento near Midtown, a short walk from Capital Park and great bars and restaurants. It's a beautiful Victorian home with 4 bedrooms. Our home has 2 large living rooms, television, a large kitchen (lots of appliances including pots pans and utensils). We have a good sized front and backyard with a propane BBQ grill. The house is furnished with a washer and dryer and central heating and air conditioning. The bathrooms are fairly new, and there is a creative space in the basement with an exercise area. The landlord is also very involved and will fix and help with anything concerning the house. About the roommates: Drew 27, works for a non-profit solar company, and is originally from Florida. Skye 25, works as a tennis coach. My name is Drew as well. I'm 32, currently a substitute teacher and artist. We are all active, social people but we also require a clean and respectful house!

Storage in kitchen and other cupboards in the house, as well as a shed out back. Looking for roommates that are clean, easy-going, and pay rent on time.
