Looking for a FEMALE professional or student roommate. Rent is $395 utilities total $395/mo- PG&E, water, garbage, WiFi/internet included. Month-to-month rent, Looking for responsible, respectful, clean (pick up after yourself), easy-going female , no drama, must pay on time. Absolutely no drugs, no alcohol, no vape/smoking, no overnight guests, no loud parties, no pets.

Must be able to provide references and proof of stable employment or financial support. 3 people in household, 2 FT working professionals and 1 college student. Household has a dog so must be comfortable around dogs.

I will be moving out of my room at the end of May and am looking for someone to sublease from the beginning of June till the end of August. It is possible to continue the lease through the next year if desired. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in the Eli Macro part of Davis near a nice shopping mall with a grocery store and restaurants. There are also bus stops for both Uni trans and Columbus within walking distance.  The house is very large and is shared by six other people, all working professionals and graduate students. It is a quiet environment and everyone is friendly. Currently all male, but no gender preference. My room is with a separate closet.
