One bedroom Quiet neighborhood 44

I will be moving out of my room at the end of May and am looking for someone to sublease from the beginning of June till the end of August. It is possible to continue the lease through the next year if desired. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in the Eli Macro part of Davis near a nice shopping mall with a grocery store and restaurants. There are also bus stops for both Uni trans and Columbus within walking distance. 

The house is very large and is shared by six other people, all working professionals and graduate students. It is a quiet environment and everyone is friendly. Currently all male, but no gender preference. My room is with a separate closet. The bathroom is right across the hall and is shared with 3 others, and there is an addition half bathroom downstairs. There are two large living spaces and a large kitchen. Pictures are available upon request. 

The rent is $500 a month for the sublease, and if you are interested in extending it through the next year, is $500 regularly. Call or text to set up a time to look at the room/house, or if you have any questions.

Furnished room for rent in Sanford (full-size bed, desk, two walk-in closets) start in a 3 bed / 1 bath house. You will be sharing the house with me (28 yr old male) and another roommate (26 yr old female). We are both working professionals, pretty mellow, don't party much but enjoy a good time. Sorry, no pets. We already have a dog.

The house is pretty old but very unique and a fun place to live. Two stories, sits on a big lot on a canyon with a large backyard. We have two full size refrigerators, washer/dryer and a room converted into a mini-gym. House is fully stocked.
